When we finally purchased a home she effortlessly led us through the piles of paperwork and was extremely helpful in recommending contractors and such for inspections and repairs. During the purchase process she was a strong advocate for us with the sellers' agent. She was also very good at being a calming influence when we were freaking out during this very stressful time.
